I don't mind making and eating this salad dressing especially if I'm watching the amount of cholesterol that I eat. This dressing is very good tasting to me and I hope it is for you. Ingredients:
1 cup apple juice |
1/4 cup cider vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon dried basil |
1/3 teaspoon dried oregano |
1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste |
Directions:
1. Whisk together the apple juice, cider vinegar, basil, oregano, and salt. Refrigerate in a jar with a tight fitting lid for at least 2 hours; shake before serving. |
