This is a very simple recipe. So tasty too. It comes from the King's Daughters' Cook Book. It's a church cookbook from the year 1943. Recipe comes from a woman named Mrs. O.H. Wilcox. Ingredients:
1 egg yolk |
1 lemon, juice of |
1 (8 ounce) can salad oil |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. Beat egg yolk into lemon juice, when well mixed add small quantities of oil until it forms a thick, creamy dressing. |
