1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaf |
1 tablespoon chopped chives |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup tahini |
2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor; process until well blended. 2. Store leftover dressing tightly covered in the refrigerator, where it will keep for 2-3 days. 3. Great dressing for a Greek Salad. |
