This is another of the great recipe from my late Mother-in-law. I have always enjoyed making here recipes, they remind me of her, and always taste so good! Ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar |
1 (300 ml) can sweetened condensed milk |
1/2 cup butter |
1 cup graham cracker crumbs |
1 cup coconut |
1 cup walnuts or 1 cup pecans, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |

Directions:
1. Bring brown sugar, sweetened condensed milk and butter to a boil for two minutes. Mix 1 cup graham cracker crumbs, 1 cup coconut, 1 cup walnuts and vanilla into hot mixture. 2. Line bottom of greased 9x13-baking pan with graham crackers. Pour in filling. Top with graham crackers. 3. Frost with chocolate frosting. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. |
