These are awesome. Really good and very creamy. Enjoy.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar firmly packed
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup light corn syrup
4 cups quick oats
1 cup chocolate chips
2/3 cup chunky peanut butter
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar.
2. Add vanilla, corn syrup and oats.
3. Pat dough into lightly greased rectangular baking pan.
4. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
5. While dough is baking melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together over low heat.
6. Cool dough slightly then spread chocolate mixture on top.
7. Cool further then cut into bars.
