recommened by the Savoy for Prohibiton areas The recipe calls specifically for Hooch Whiskey so feel free to use your favorite. Hooch is an alcoholic liquor, especially inferior or bootleg liquor: “bootleggers smashed on their own hooch” It also means homebrewed. Ingredients:
1 sugar cube |
raspberry flavored syrup or grenadine |
1/3 glass vermouth |
2/3 glass whiskey |
Directions:
1. Soak the sugar lump in the syrup
2. or in the grenadine.
3. Place all ingredients in shaker.
4. Shake the cocktail.
5. And strain into glass.
