O'Flanagan Sausage Supper |

I really like the flavour of the sausages and apple, and it's also a nice potluck dish. Bake this uncovered for 15 minutes 350. Prep. time is approximate. Ingredients:
1 lb sausage |
2 apples, peeled & sliced |
1 onion |
1 tablespoon flour |
1 cup bouillon cube |
salt & pepper |
2 -3 cups hot mashed potatoes |
Directions:
1. Fry sausages,drain. 2. Cut up& put in baking dish. 3. In fat that's left, cook apples& onion until tender. 4. Spoon over sausages. 5. Pour off fat except 1 tbsp. 6. ,brownflour in it. 7. Add salt,pepper& bouillon. 8. Stir until thick. 9. Pour over sausages& apples. 10. Top with mashed potatoes. |
