Ocean King Prawns Spanish Style |

From a local newspaper in Souther Queensland (Great Barrier Reef)... Ingredients:
1 kg large green prawns, peeled |
4 tablespoons olive oil |
4 garlic cloves |
1 teaspoon chili flakes |
2 tablespoons smoked paprika |
4 tablespoons dry sherry |
1/3 cup italian parsley, chopped |
2 teaspoons white sugar |
salt |
Directions:
1. Combine oil, grlic, chilli and paprika in large fry pan. 2. Heat on high until garlic colours. 3. Add prawns. Cook for 2 minutes until starting to turn pink. 4. Add sherry, parsley and sugar. Cook for 1 minute more until prawns are cooked through. 5. Remove from heat and salt to taste. |
