Bavarian cheese spread to eat while drinking beer. Ingredients:
250 g camembert cheese, ripe |
75 g butter |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
2 tablespoons onions, sweet, diced |
20 ml hefeweizen beer |
Directions:
1. Make sure the butter and cheese are at room temperature. Mash them together leaving some chunky bits. 2. Add the paprika, salt and pepper and beer. Mix well and refrigerate for several hours. |
