1 apple |
42 1/2 g raisins |
32 g dried pitted plums |
32 g pitted cherries |
1/3 tsp cinnamon |
1/2 cup 2% milk |

1. Cook fruits first with water and spices 2. add oats and cook 5 minutes 3. turn off heat, add milk |
