Fast....Guilt Free...Fat Free....Really Good....Family loves these in spite of the fact they are good for you Ingredients:
1/2 cup large flake oatmeal |
3/4 tsp baking powder |
1/8 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp baking soda |
3/4 tsp cinnamon |
1/4 cup fat free plain yogurt ( can use fat free vanilla ... if using vanilla yogurt leave out vanilla extract) |
8 tsp fat free buttermilk ( can use 1 tsp fat free sour cream and 7 tsp skim milk if out of buttermilk) |
1/2 tsp vanilla extract |
1 extra large egg white |
syrup |
1 cup frozen mixed berries |
2 tsp splenda |
Directions:
1. Process oats in food processor until fine .put in medium bowl ... add rest of dry ingredients 2. combine well 3. Heat cooking spray sprayed frying pan keep on medium heat 4. In a smaller bowl add berries and thaw and heat in microwave. Remove from microwave and stir in splenda to sweeten 5. In another bowl combine liquids stirring well 6. make a well in center of dry ingredients and pour in liquid stir well to mix 7. drop by spoonfuls into hot skillet. 8. Cook a few minutes each side 9. Serve with splenda sweetened berries in place of syrup 10. With berry syrup it is 5 Weight watcher points if following the Flex Plan. 11. if following The Core plan THESE Are Core 12. ENJOY |
