Ingredients:

2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
2 eggs |
1 cup(s) flour |
1 cup(s) grated zucchini |
1/2 cup(s) oatmeal |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt, baking powder (each) |
1 cup(s) sugar |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
1/2 cup(s) vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. 2. Sift together flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder & cinnamon. Beat eggs, oil, sugar & vanilla together in a separate bowl. Add sifted ingredients to creamed mixture, then add zucchini & almonds. Mix well! 3. Pour batter into greased pans & bake for approximately 45 mins. |
