A protein-packed oatmeal with tomato on the side
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats, rolled, regular old fashioned
10 almonds
1 scoop protein powder
1/2 cup blueberries
Directions:
1. Prepare 1 cup of oatmeal with water and add 1 serving of protein powder while cooking. Top with a serving of fresh fruit. Drizzle 1 tbsp of flaxseed oil over remaining tomato and eat on the side.
