This recipe comes from The Superfoods RX Diet book. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping. Ingredients:
1 ounce dry oats or 1 ounce instant oatmeal |
3/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) |
1 tablespoon slivered almonds |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 teaspoons honey |
Directions:
1. Cook oats according to package directions with water. 2. Top with berries, almonds, cinnamon, and honey to taste. 3. Note: Steel-Cut Oats will take 15 minutes. |
