This oatmeal treats are great for breakfast, brunch, and even dessert. Also, this treats are sugar free and fat free. Ingredients:
2 cups of whole grain oatmeal |
1/2 cup of skim milk |
1/2 cup of sugar free/fat free yogurt |
3 tbsp of splenda |
1/4 tbsp of vanilla extract |
1/2 tbsp of cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Place the oatmeal in the food processor so that the oatmeal gets a soft texture. Mix all the ingredients together and stir them for 5 minutes. When the mixture is ready, make little balls with the mixture and put them in the freezer. After 20 minutes in the freezer, your treats are ready to serve. |
