Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
1/4 cup(s) butter softened |
3/4 cup(s) flour |
1 large egg |
1 cup(s) old-fashioned rolled oats |
3/4 cup(s) packed brown sugar |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/3 cup(s) toffee bits |
1 teaspoon(s) vaniilla extract |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 35o degrees 2. Combine flour, oats, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl and stir. 3. Place sugar and butter in a large bowl and beat until well mixed. You can use a mixer, Add vanilla and egg and beat till well mixed.. Add the flour mixture and mix until combined. Add toffee bits. 4. Drop dough by tablespoons 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. I use parchment paper instead. Bake at 350 for 10-11 min or until lightly browned. Cool one minute on the cookie sheet and then transfer to rack and cool. |
