i always feel healthier when i make this bread! Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups water |
1/4 cup honey |
2 tablespoons butter, softened |
4 cups bread flour |
2/3 cup quick-cooking oats |
2 tablespoons dry milk |
1 1/4 teaspoons salt |
4 1/2 teaspoons yeast |
2/3 cup sunflower seeds |
Directions:
1. add all ingredients to machine in this order, except the nuts. 2. select the basic cycle. 3. add nuts after the beep, or before the last kneading cycle. |
