A low-cal dessert to fill you up and make you enjoy your diet without any excess :) Ingredients:
1 apple |
1 tbs brown sugar |
2 tbs oatmeal |
Directions:
1. Make a hole in the middle of an apple 2. In a bowl, mix the apple pieces (taken from the removen parts) with brown sugar, put in the hole. 3. Bake in oven for about 10 minutes at 350F. Enjoy! 4. You can top it off with a little oatmeal :), sometimes honey as well. |
