Ingredients:
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup sugar substitute
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup egg substitute
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups quakers oats
1 2/3 cups butterscotch chips
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 375°F.
2. Combine flour baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a small bowl.
3. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla in large mixing bowl.
4. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
5. Stir in oats and morsels.
6. Drop rounded tablespoons onto baking sheets.
7. Bake 9-10 minutes or until brown.
8. Cool and enjoy !
