This is my favorite cookie that my grandma made. A cookie that sneaks all sorts of healthy things in on you but is still very yummy. Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups quick oats |
1 cup all-purpose flour |
1/4 cup wheat germ |
3/4 cup light brown sugar |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup corn oil |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup raisins |
1/2 cup unsalted sunflower seeds |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F Mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl. Form into 1 balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. 2. If you find them hard to form into the 1 balls, add a tiny bit of water to the recipe to make it less crumbly. |
