Ingredients:
3/4 cup(s) butter softened |
3/4 cup(s) sugar |
3/4 cup(s) brown sugar, packed |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
1 1/4 cup(s) flour |
1 teaspoon(s) baking powder |
3/4 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
2 3/4 cup(s) rolled oats |
1 can(s) raisins |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large bowl cream butter, white sugar and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla until fluffy. Stir together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Gradually beat into butter mixture. Stir in oats and raisins. Drop by spoonfuls into ungreased coookie sheet. Bake 8 - 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly. Remove from sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. |
