I sometimes add some chopped walnuts, about a cup. Ingredients:
1 cup butter |
1 cup packed brown sugar |
1/2 cup white sugar |
2 eggs |
1 1/2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
3 cups quick oats |
1 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F. 2. Beat butter & sugars till creamy. 3. Add eggs & vanilla, beat well. 4. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon & salt. 5. Add to butter mixture; mix well. 6. Stir in oats & raisins; mix well. 7. Drop rounded tbsp onto ungreased cookie sheet. 8. Bake 10 minutes or till light golden. |
