good ,easy to make Ingredients:
3/4 cup brown sugar substitute |
1/2 cup sugar substitute |
1/4 cup light butter or margirine |
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce |
1 egg |
3 tablespoons reg or skim milk |
2 tsp. vanilla |
1/2 cup whole wheat flour or reg. white flour |
1 tsp. baking soda |
1 tsp. cinnamon |
3 cups quick oats |
2-cups raisins |
2 cups shredded chopped apples |
Directions:
1. Heat oven: 350 degrees Beat sugar and margirine together Add Applesauce, egg, milk vanilla 2. in seperate bowl combined Flour,baking soda,cinnamon together then add wet ingredients mix well 3. stir in oats,raisins and apples 4. Spread into an ungreased 9x13 pan Bake 25-30 minutes 5. {If not making this diabetic may frost top.} 6. given to me by my aunt |
