Not everyone likes oatmeal but these cookies will change your mind. They have the oatmeal taste with the extra sweetness of the raisins & white chocolate chips. My husband doesn't usually eat sweets but he loves these. Ingredients:
3/4 c. butter or margarine (softened) |
1 c. packed brown sugar |
1/2 c. sugar |
1/4 c. milk |
1 large egg |
1 tsp. vanilla |
1 c. all-purpose flour |
1 tsp. cinnamon |
1/2 tsp. baking soda |
1/4 tsp. salt |
3 c. old fashioned oats |
1 c. sun-maid raisins |
1 c. white chocolate morsels |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees 2. Combine butter, brown sugar, sugar, milk, egg, and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy. 3. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Add to butter mixture: mix well. Stir in oats, raisins, and white morsels. 4. Drop by tablespoons onto greased cookie sheets. 5. Bake 12-15 minutes: until golden brown. 6. Remove from cookie sheets; cool on wire rack. |
