My family absolutely loves it! Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter softened |
3/4 cup lightly packed brown sugar |
1/2 cup granulsted sugar |
1 egg |
2 tbsp water |
2 tsp vanilla |
3/4 cup robin hood all purpose flour |
1/2 a tsp of baking soda |
1 tsp cinnemon |
3 cups robin hood or old mill oats |
1- 1/2 cups raisins |
Directions:
1. Cream butter, sugar, egg, water, and vanilla together on medium speed of electric mixer until light and fluffy 2. combine flour, soda and cinnamon . add to creamed mixture, beating on low speed until blended. stir in oats and raisine Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets 3. press flat for crisp cookies leave mounded for chewy cookies bake at 350F for 12-15 mins or until edges are golden brown don't over 4. bake 5. makes about 30 cookies |
