Oatmeal Protein Pancakes W/ Cottage Cheese |

High in protein, whole grains. Got this from a fitness forum. Ingredients:
1/2 cup old-fashioned oatmeal (not instant) |
1/2 cup 1% fat cottage cheese |
1/2 cup pasteurized liquid egg-whites |
3 teaspoons sugar substitute |
1 dash cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together to form a thick pancake batter like consistency. Do not over blend. Cook on hot non stick pan sprayed lightly with pam until done. |
