Oatmeal Protein Pancakes W/ Cottage Cheese

Ingredients:
1/2 cup old-fashioned oatmeal (not instant)
1/2 cup 1% fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup pasteurized liquid egg-whites
3 teaspoons sugar substitute
1 dash cinnamon
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together to form a thick pancake batter like consistency. Do not over blend. Cook on hot non stick pan sprayed lightly with pam until done.
