My mommy's. She makes two for Thanksgiving and two for Christmas b/c our family gobbles it up. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup dark karo syrup |
2 eggs, beaten |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup oatmeal |
1 (9 inch) pie crusts |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except the oatmeal (and pie crust) together. 2. Stir in the oatmeal. 3. Pour into the pie crust. 4. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. |
