From Cooking Light November 2006 Ingredients:
0.5 (15 ounce) package refrigerated pie dough |
cooking spray |
1 cup packed dark brown sugar |
1 cup light corn syrup |
2/3 cup oats |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 eggs, lightly beaten |
2 egg whites, lightly beaten |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°. 2. Roll dough into an 11-inch circle. Fit into a 9-inch pie plate coated with cooking spray. Fold edges under; flute. 3. Combine all remaining ingredients, stirring well with a whisk. Pour into prepared crust. 4. Bake for 50 minutes or until center is set. 5. Cool completely on a wire rack. |
