From The Bread Machine Cookbook. Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf. Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups pear nectar |
3 tablespoons vegetable oil |
3 tablespoons honey |
1 teaspoon salt |
3/4 cup whole wheat flour |
1 1/4 cups oatmeal |
2 cups bread flour |
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast |
3/4 cup dried pear half, diced |
Directions:
1. Back according to manufacturer's instructions, adding the pear during the add-in cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading is finished. |
