MRS FIELDS 30th Anniversary cookie contest winner. Ingredients:
1c granulated sugar |
1c brown sugar |
1/2c unsalted butter |
11/2c chunky peanut butter |
41/2c rolled oats(old fashioned or 1/2 old fashioned and 1/2 instant) |
2tsp vanilla |
3 eggs |
2tsp baking soda |
1 bag butterscotch chips |
3/4c chopped pecans |
this recipe has no flour |
Directions:
1. Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. 2. Stir in oats, baking soda butterscotch chips and pecans until well combined. 3. Drop by spoon on lined cookie trays. bake at 350F for about 12 mins. 4. Cool 5 mins. then remove to cooling trays. |
