I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Obesity Help. Ingredients:
1 cup natural-style peanut butter or 1 cup no-sugar-added peanut butter |
1 cup oatmeal |
1 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix all together. 2. Roll into small balls and then roll in more Splenda. 3. Flatten with a fork. 4. Bake at 350 for 8 - 12 mintues. |
