Oatmeal Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies |

I love this recipe because it has no eggs in it - and some of the more natural ingredients make me think it might be better for me! It's from my fiancé's mom and they are fabulous! Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour |
1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon vanilla |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
3/4 cup packed brown sugar |
1/3 cup margarine |
1/3 cup natural-style peanut butter |
1/4 cup plain yogurt |
1/3 cup chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Peheat oven to 350. 2. In a medium bowl combine flour, oats, cinnamon baking soda & salt. 3. In another medium bowl cream together butter, brown sugar, peanut butter, vanilla and yogurt 4. Add dry ingredients and mix until smooth (if too dry add more yogurt). 5. Stir in chocolate chips. 6. Roll dough into 1 1/2 inch balls. 7. Bake for 10mins. |
