Delicious and light. Adapted from Polly Pitchford, Full Spectrum Healthâ?¢. regular rolled oats , milk , canola oil egg white , salt , flour , baking powder Ingredients:
1 cup regular rolled oats |
1 1/4 cup lowfat milk |
1 tablespoon canola oil |
1 egg white |
1 pinch of salt |
1/2 cup flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
Directions:
1. Combine the milk and the oats in a bowl and let stand at least 5 minutes. Add the oil and Egg Replacer and mix well. Then stir in the flour, baking powder and salt. Stir just until moistened.
