I love these pancakes - very hearty and satisfying. Ingredients:
1 cup wheat flour |
1 cup old fashioned oats |
1/4 cup wheat germ |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
2 egg whites, beaten |
1 large egg, beaten |
2 cups buttermilk |
1/4 cup canola oil |
Directions:
1. Stir together dry ingredients. 2. Mix together wet in separate bowl. 3. Add wet to dry. |
