BIG serving. It's a whole meal. I sometimes use pear instead of the apple, or I put in a one-serving container of applesauce instead of the diced/grated fruit. Ingredients:
3/4 c oats |
3/4 c egg whites |
1/2 apple, diced or grated |
1 tsp cinnamon |
1 scoop designer whey chocolate protein powder |
Directions:
1. Mix everything up. 2. Spray a medium-sized pan with cooking spray. 3. Cook on medium to medium-high heat until brown on both sides. |
