This is a single serving version of oatmeal pancakes, it's a little bit lighter too. Ingredients:
1/4 cup oats |
3 egg whites |
2 tablespoons sugar substitute |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 tablespoons light maple syrup |
Directions:
1. Mix together and cook in a frying pan with non stick spray. 2. Drizzle syrup overtop. 3. Can be made ahead and kept in fridge or freezer. |
