Ingredients:
1 banana |
chopped walnuts (optional) |
3 dash(es) cinnamon |
1 cup(s) dry rolled oats |
3 egg whites |
4 teaspoon(s) maple syrup |
3/4 cup(s) no-fat greek yogurt |
1.5 cup(s) sliced strawberries |
2 cup(s) water |
Directions:
1. Combine oats, water and egg whites in a glass dish and pop in the microwave 1 minute at a time stirring after each minute until the mixture reaches a custard-like oatmeal and not scrambled egg whites. 2. Stir banana, maple syrup, and a few more dashes of cinnamon into your oats. Layer sliced strawberries over the oats and top with yogurt mixture. (Optional - you can substitute heavy whipping cream for the yogurt if you choose). 3. Sprinkle walnuts over the top and enjoy! |
