wheat free, no butter, no eggs Ingredients:
1 cup spelt flour |
3/4 cup rolled oats |
3/4 cup quick oats |
1/4 tsp sea salt |
1/4 tsp baking powder |
1/4 tsp baking soda |
1/4 tsp cinnamon |
1/2 cup maple syrup |
1/4 cup olive oil |
2 tbsp coconut oil |
3 tbsp soy milk |
1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°. 2. Prepare a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or spray. 3. Shift spelt with baking powder and baking soda. Combine dry ingredients and mix well. Combine wet ingredients and mix well. Combine the wet and dry and mix until all the dry ingredients are well coated. 4. Dollop a 2 tbsp of batter on pan. Bake for 13 ? 15 minutes. Cool. |
