Ingredients:
1 teaspoon(s) almond extract |
1 cup(s) butter, softened |
1 cup(s) flour |
powdered sugar |
1 1/2 cup(s) quick-cook oats |
1/2 cup(s) sugar |
Directions:
1. Beat sugar and butter until creamed and fluffy. Stir in flour, oats, and almond extract. Mix. 2. Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet. 3. Rub bottom of a flat glass with a little butter, then dip in sugar. Flatten cookies with sugared glass. 4. Bake 375 degrees for 8 minutes. Don't overbake. 5. Cool on rack; then dust with powdered sugar. 6. Store in airtight container. |
