A delicate, delicious cookie that is perfect for an afternoon tea! A Martha recipe.... Ingredients:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened |
3 tablespoons sugar |
2 tablespoons flour |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2/3 cup rolled oats |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Mix first five ingredients until smooth. 3. Mix in rolled oats. 4. Drop firmly packed teaspoons of dough, 2 inches apart, onto foil lined baking sheets. 5. Bake until golden, approx 12-15 minutes. 6. Enjoy! |
