yummy good-for-you oatmeal cookies Ingredients:
3/4 cup splenda granular |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup butter substitute |
1/4 cup egg beaters egg substitute |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
3/4 cup water |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
2 3/4 cups oatmeal |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Cream sugars,margarine,egg beaters, and vanilla in large mixing bowl. 3. Add water and beat on low speed until well mixed. 4. Stir in flour,baking soda, and salt. 5. Fold in oatmeal and raisins. 6. Stir until blended. 7. Spray a cookie sheet with non stick spray, drop dough with a small spoon and then flatten slightly. 8. Bake 10-12 minutes. |
