A high fiber delicious cookie
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup butter
3 tablespoons peanut butter
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
3 egg whites
1 egg
3 cups quick-cooking oats
1 1/3 cups raisins
1 cup bran buds (kellogg's all bran cereal preferred)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Cream butter sugar and eggs.
3. Add raisins, oats and bran let sit for 5 minutes.
4. Add dry ingredients.
5. Drop by teaspoon onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment and bake for 10 minute.
