A high fiber delicious cookie Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon ground ginger |
1 cup brown sugar |
1/3 cup honey |
1/2 cup butter |
3 tablespoons peanut butter |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla |
3 egg whites |
1 egg |
3 cups quick-cooking oats |
1 1/3 cups raisins |
1 cup bran buds (kellogg's all bran cereal preferred) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Cream butter sugar and eggs. 3. Add raisins, oats and bran let sit for 5 minutes. 4. Add dry ingredients. 5. Drop by teaspoon onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment and bake for 10 minute. |
