Oatmeal Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies |

Refrigerate 30 min. before Baking Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 cups oatmeal |
1 cup shredded coconut |
1/2 cup butter |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 large egg |
1/4 cup maple syrup |
1 teaspoon rum extract |
5 ounces chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven at 350*. 2. Cream Butter & sugars. 3. Add eggs and mix. 4. Add extract. 5. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients. 6. Slowly mix dry with wet. 7. Refridgerate 30 minute. 8. Line cookie sheets with silpat or parchment paper. 9. Drop by rounded spoonfuls 10. Bake for 9 minute. |
