Ingredients:
2 stick(s) butter softened |
1 cup(s) brown sugar packed |
1/2 cup(s) sugar |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
2 1/2 cup(s) flour |
3 cup(s) oats |
1 bag(s) chocolate chips |
1/2 package(s) peanut butter chips optional |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 325*. Cream first three ingredients. Add eggs one at a time until blended. Add vanilla. Mix salt, baking soda, and flour in separate bowl. Add flour mixture to sugar mixture slowly. Add in oats. Mix in chips. Place rounded spoonfuls of dough onto un-greased cookie sheet, bake for 12-14 minutes depending on size of cookies. |
