Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies |

Low fat, low calorie cookies. Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce |
2 egg whites |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
2 cups oatmeal |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1/2 cup skim milk |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/2 cup chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Lightly spray cookie sheet with Pam. Spread mixture evenly over cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes. 2. * I also add 1/8 cup Splenda for Baking, but left it out of the ingredient list, as it counts the same as sugar calorie-wise on the nutrition facts (which isn't accurate because it has no calories). |
