Oatmeal Buttermilk Pancakes |

This recipe is from a good friend in Arizona. I was on a quest to find different pancake recipes a few years back - for versatility. She gave me this - we love it! Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups regular rolled oats |
2 cups buttermilk |
2 eggs |
1/4 cup oil |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
3 tablespoons sugar |
1/2 cup whole wheat flour |
1/2 cup white flour |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a blender. Pulse until mixture is smooth. 2. Pour onto hot griddle. 3. Serve with butter and syrup. |
