These are tasty and great for a grab and go breakfast! Ingredients:
4 cups quick cooking oats |
1 cup packed brown sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts |
1 cup flaked coconut |
3/4 cup butter, melted |
3/4 cup orange marmalade |
Directions:
1. 1. In a mixing bowl combine all the above ingredients , then place in a greased 15 x 10in x 1 in baking pan. 2. 2. Bake at 425 degrees for approx 15-17 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack and then cut! |
