Oatmeal Berry Muffins

low sugar/ low fat muffin. You can use any frozen or fresh fruit available.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup splenda brown sugar blend
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup applesauce
1/4 cup egg beaters egg substitute
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1 cup frozen mixed berries
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. Prepare muffin cups with liners or spray cups with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Mix all ingredients together except berries.
3. Thaw and drain mixed berries.
4. fold in berries into muffin mix .
5. pour into muffin cups until 2/3 full.
6. Bake 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
7. Muffins are dense and will not rise very high.
