Quick meal replacement bar: low fat, high in protein and low glycemic carbohydrates. Ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal |
3 scoop whey protein powder |
2 egg white |
1/4 cup raisins |
3 tbsp soy milk |
Directions:
1. Grind oats into flower, mix with dry ingredients. 2. Add in eggs / soy milk. 3. Place into non-stick pan, bake at 350 for about 10-15 minutes (or until golden brown). 4. Cut into bars. |
