A fufilling breakfast that last you a while after you're finished. Healthy and delicious! Ingredients:
1/2 cup water |
1/3 cup quick oats |
i can't believe it's not butter |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1/3 banana, in slices |
1 slice light whole wheat bread |
Directions:
1. Boil 1/2 cup water in sauce pan. Bring to full boil. 2. Add in 1/3 cup quick oats, stiring for about 1 minute until desired thickness. 3. Set aside. 4. Add desired amount of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter. 5. Add in sugar. You may need more. 6. Cut 1/3 banana in to slices. 7. Toast diet bread. 8. Add desire amount of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter to toast. 9. Spread oatmeal ontop of toast and add slices of banana evenly. 10. Enjoy with fat free milk! |
